He was preceded in death by parents John Latham Gray, Ethel Leah Gray, and granddaughter La Mia Hardeman.
Warren was a man who loved God, his family and his friends, and lived in service to so many in our community. In early adulthood, Warren served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. Later in his adult years, he began his journey as a loving father. Warren was generous with the time he spent teaching others and telling stories. His creative mind allowed him to become an accomplished inventor, sculptor, and machinist, and his giving heart led to a career in healthcare. A word his family would use to describe him is “faithful”.
His legacy lives on through those he taught, the stories he told, and the faith he passed on to so many.
He is survived by Beverly (Hoefflin) Gray, daughters Summer Gray of Gilbert AZ, Hannah Gray of Silver City, NM, and Bethany Gray of Albuquerque, NM, two sisters Leah (Jerry) Zachek of Deming, and Nancy Gray of Silver City, and grandchildren Devon and Shavonne Hardeman of Gilbert AZ.
The Celebration of Warren Gray's life will be held on Tuesday, November 13th at CitiLife Church, 1200 Pear St. SE, Deming, NM. The visitation will begin at 9:30am followed by the service at 10:30am with Pastor, Cesar Chavez officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
