Luis Alberto Oros, 58, longtime Deming resident passed away Sunday September 5, 2021 at his home.
A wake will take place Thursday afternoon September 9, 2021 at 3 o’clock at the Velatorio in Puerto Palomas, Chihuahua, Mexico with a Funeral Mass to follow on Friday morning at 10 o’clock at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Church. Visitation will begin Monday, September 13, 2021 at 9 o’clock in the morning at St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Recitation of the holy rosary will be recited at 10 by Irma Jaurequi. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 with the rite of committal and interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery. Fr. Jesus Martinez will officiate.
Luis was born October 25, 1962 to Guadalupe Oros in Ignacia Zaragoza, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was employed by Yoya’s as a maintenance worker and a communicant of Saint Ann’s Catholic Church. Luis loved to fix anything in sight, appliances, electronics; nothing was a challenge for him. He was a very hard-working individual and will be greatly missed by his loving mother, Guadalupe.
He is survived by his mother, Guadalupe Oros of the home; many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Salvador Gutierrez, Antonio Carrillo, Manuel Oros, Arturo Palomares, Manuel Oros Jr. and Gabriel Oros.
