
Leticia was born on August 9th, 1958 to Isaac V. Reyes and Mary S. Reyes in Deming, New Mexico. Leticia is survived by her five children, Sonia Salas and her husband Tommy of Mesa, Arizona; Angelica Porras and companion Johnny Medina of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Isaac Porras and his wife Brittany of Las Cruces, New Mexico; Vanessa Reyes and her companion Richie Ortiz of Deming, New Mexico; & Shelly Morphew companion Robert Garcia of Fort Stockton, Texas. She is survived by 23 grandchildren: Javier Carrazco (Wife Destiny), Sierra Hughes (Husband Michael), Roman (Wife Jolissa), Isaac & Noah Salas, Brianna, Taylor, Anissa, Zoe, Mia, & Nevaeh Zamora, Jasmine Rodriguez, Aaliyah, Abigail, Alissa, Anastasia, Amari Porras, Alexia, Matthew, Aliyana, Adriana & Eli Chavira & Randy Morphew; & 4 great grandchildren Avah Carrazco, Sophia & Braxton Hughes, & Xavier Hobbs. Also survived by one sister Irene Martinez (Reyes), three brothers Paul Reyes (Wife Karen), Arthur Reyes (Wife Alice), Eloy Sedillos (Wife Robyn) and numerous nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her parents Isaac and Mary Reyes; her husband Randall G. Morphew; her sister Ruthie Meza; her brother Gus Reyes; & her grandson Miguel Andres Porras. Leticia enjoyed working as a Sherriff Reserve Deputy, spending time outdoors, she loved to craft and make ceramics, she loved watching the Selena movie with her grandchildren, and she loved country music; with George Strait being her favorite.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at St. Ann Catholic Church from 10-11am with the funeral mass beginning at 11am with Father, Manuel Ibarra officiating. Concluding services with an interment will be at Mountain View cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Art Reyes, Paul Reyes, Matthew Chavira, Isaac Porras, Roman Salas and Tommy Salas. Honorary pallbearers are Irene Martinez, Virginia Ponce, Mariah Martinez and Richie Ortiz.
Due to covid restrictions only 25% church capacity is allowed and you must wear a mask at all times. At the cemetery only ten vehicles are allowed and you must remain in your vehicle.
