James Arthur Miller died peacefully in his sleep on August 26th from a lengthy illness. He was born to Arthur and Ina Miller on February 26, 1937.
He retired from the Air Force. He was a life member of the VFW and the American Legion. He was commander of the American Legion for many years and on officer of the VFW. He enjoyed planting a good size garden. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR races, football and baseball.
The Arizona Diamondbacks was his favorite baseball team. Jim was proceeded in death by his father, Arthur Miller, Mother, Ina Fosco, sister, Susan Griffith and stepdad, Bill Fosco. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Miller of the home, his dog, Doc and his sister, Nancy Miller of Grand Junction, CO.
Jim will be laid to rest at Fort Bayard National Cemetery at a later late. Arrangements are with Terrazas Funeral Chapels & Crematory
