She loved her entire family to visit her and cooking for them. She enjoyed watching the Dodgers play, as well as game shows, (Everybody loves Raymond, the Food Channel, and last but not least Bobby Flay). She look forward to going to Las Vegas, NV or anywhere she could play her slot machines with a magarita and with her hubby Joe.
She is survived by four daughters, Karen Jaure and husband Manuel of Silver City; Geraldine Castillo of Tyrone; Sandra Galaz of San Lorenzo; Veronica Castillo of Las Vegas, NM; twelve grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren, and two great great-grandchildren; one sister, Hope Arciero of Silver City. She was preceded in death by her husband Joe R. Castillo (‘2011) her parents, three brothers, Alfredo, Alejandro, and Frank Arciero Jr., seven sisters, Julia Parson, Jocey Donahue, Lucy Peña, Lily Barka, Ramona Arciero, Irene Arciero, and Elvira Arciero.
The holy rosary will be Wednesday, October 20th at 10:30am at Our Lady of Fatima Church with Deacon Art Gutierrez reciting. The funeral mass will follow at 11am with Father Martin Okonkwo officiating. Pallbearers are Manuel Galaz, Antoinette Castillo, Audrey Tovar, Ernest Udero Jr., Adelina Castillo, Manuel Jaure, Samuel Galaz, and Isaiah Flores.
Concluding service cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory.
Inurnment will take place Thursday, October 21st at 1pm at Fort Bayard National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
