Genevieve “Jenny” F. Madrid-Gonzales, 55, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family.
She was born October 4, 1962 in Orange County, CA to Rumaldo H. and Nellie Flores Madrid. Jenny loved the time she spent with her grandkids. She loved listening to her music and dancing.
Her home and her children were her pride and joy. She is survived by her husband Robert O. Gonzales of the family home; five children, Lisa M Sosaya (Vincent), Patricia Gonzales, Joann Gonzales, Robert Gonzales Jr. (Vanessa), Alfredo Madrid and daughter Joann Madrid; twenty grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Michael, Abran and Richard Madrid. Visitation will be Monday, January 8 from 5-6pm at Terrazas Funeral Chapels with the holy rosary to begin at 6pm.
The funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 9 at 10am at St. Vincent de Paul with Father Oliver Obele officiating. Cremation will take place at Terrazas Crematory. Arrangements are with Terrazas Funeral Chapels and Crematory
