Anita Luz Rascon, 52, a resident of Silver City, NM entered eternal rest Monday, March 29, 2021 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born February 23, 1969 in Silver City, NM to Alfred Hernandez and Angie Bogart. Anita worked as a waitress for many years. She was a good mother and grandmother. She loved her children and grandchildren. They were the love of her life. She will be dearly missed by family and friends and all who crossed her path.
She is survived by her father, Alfred Hernandez (Sylvia) of Silver City; her mother, Angie Bogart (Charles) of Silver City; two sons, Sean Madrid of Silver City; Dylan Stewart of Albuquerque; one daughter, Rachel Stewart of Chicago, IL; eight grandchildren; one brother, Gabriel Hernandez of Tucson, AZ; three sisters, Patty Hernandez of Phoenix, AZ; Elizabeth Murillo (Jonathan) of Lordsburg; Rebekah Hernandez of Tucson, AZ.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 10th at 11-12noon at Calvary Chapel.
The funeral service will be celebrated at 12noon with Pastor Joseph Gros officiating. Cremation to follow after service.
Arrangements are with Terrazas Funeral Chapels and Crematory.
