DEMING - In a scheduled session tomorrow at 10 am, the Luna County Board of Commissioners will convene to address a range of important matters, including recognizing long-serving individuals and discussing key legislative changes.
During the meeting, the Commissioners will present service awards to Joanna Vasquez for her dedicated five years of service at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). The acknowledgment reflects the county's appreciation for Vasquez's significant contributions to the community through her work at CASA.
Special recognition will also be given to Luna County Deputy Sheriff Adolfo Olivas, who recently graduated from the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy.
