DEMING – The Luna County Board of Commissioners will be holding a Special Meeting Tuesday May 23rd.
The new business to be discussed and voted on will be the 2023-24 fiscal year budget. The Commission will entertain a motion and hold a roll call vote. The preliminary budget is expected to pass.
The Commission will also announce the next “County College” event set for May 25th at 5:30pm also at the Courthouse. The topic to be discussed is public safety.
The next regular meeting of the Commission will be June 8th at 10 a.m. on the third floor of the Historic Luna County Courthouse, 700 South Silver Street.
Again, the Commission will meet Tuesday afternoon at 1 p.m. in the Commission Chambers on the third floor of the Luna County Courthouse.
The meeting is open to the public.
