DEMING – Here’s today’s local arrest and crime report.
Jesus Garcia. Age 20 was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole warrant for probation and parole violations… Miguel Rodriguez, age 22, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Sandra Gallegos, was arrested on a battery on a peace officer and disorderly conduct. Finally, Reynaldo Saenz, age 49 was summoned into court for tampering with evidence.
In Juvenile news:
A 15 year old girl was arrested and charged with battery on a house hold member.
All persons mentioned are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
In police reports:
A portable AC unit, a freon box, a tent and TV valued at $2,300 was reported taken from a residence in the 400 block of East Pine Street.
