Herman Benzor, age 34, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release… Ricardo Garcia, age 47, was arrested on an arrest warrant… Geremy Haynes, age 42, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for failure to appear… Adam Chacon, age 34, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release… Andres Calderon, age 34, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license… Josia Vargas, age 38, from Las Cruces, was arrested for aggravated DWI, improper lane driving and leaving the scene of an accident… Michael Valenzuela, age 44, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to pay fines… Conrad Villegas, age 39, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and on a Deming Municipal court warrant for failure to pay fines… Cesar Zuniga, age 62, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license and on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Raul Cereceres, age 23, was arrested for DWI, no driver’s license, unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon and negligent use of a firearm… Cosme Romero, age 56, was arrested for aggravated battery and possession of a controlled substance – methamphetamines … Stephanie Lucero, age 41, of Albuquerque, was arrested for unlawful use of a license… Joshua Hoyt, age 39, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Department warrant for probation violations… Omar Barrera, age 29, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… John Hernandez, age 46, was arrested for no driver’s license and speeding.

Four watches and clothing with a total value of $1,200 was taken from a residence on South Copper Street. A Window valued at $600 was broken on a residence on South 12th Street. A 2003 Chevy Avalanche with a value of $5,000 was reported taken from a residence on South Diamond Street. The rear window of a vehicle located on South Bryan Street was broken with an estimated loss of $350. A window to a business on East Cedar Street was broken with an estimated loss of $250.
