
DEMING - In order to provide additional security for Deming High School, students must begin wearing identification badges.
Jessica Etcheverry, spokesperson for the Deming Public Schools said in a release to Deming Radio News that as of Monday, August 14th all students will be required to wear their student identifications to enter the building.
Etcheverry also said that students are also required to wear their Identifications throughout the day.
This is required for additional security purposes.
All teachers, support staff and visitors must also wear identification badges in all Deming Public Schools. Visitor identification badges will be made in the front portion of the school before the visitor is allowed inside the protected area.
It is suggested to call your child’s school ahead of time to learn exactly the identification process for your child’s school.
