DEMING - Daniel Gallosa, 36, found himself in the custody of the Deming Police Department after being apprehended on multiple charges. Gallosa faces accusations of trafficking in controlled substances, specifically methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Additionally, he is charged with possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failing to appear in Luna County Magistrate Court as per an existing warrant.
According to Deming Interim Police Chief Jose Montoya, Gallosa was allegedly found in possession of two packages of methamphetamine, evidently prepared for distribution, along with seven fentanyl pills. These findings were reported to Deming Radio News.
