New Mexico State Police Make Significant Strides in February to Ensure Public Safety

SANTA FE - Throughout the month of February, the New Mexico State Police Uniform and Crime Suppression Bureaus worked diligently to keep New Mexicans safe and take criminals and drugs off the streets.

·         396 Misdemeanor Arrests
·         129 DWI Arrests
·         14,991 Traffic Citations Issued
·         20 Stolen Vehicles Recovered
·         39 Firearms Seized (9 Stolen)
·         60 lbs. of Fentanyl Seized
·         25 lbs. of Powder Fentanyl Seized
·         13 lbs. of Methamphetamine Seized
·         75 lbs. of Cocaine Seized
·         35 grams of Crack Cocaine Seized
·         11 lbs. of Heroin Seized
·         2 Missing Persons Located
