Totsie Slover Totsie Slover

This is a new endeavor on my part. Howard G. Staub had "The Real West from the Old West", playing western music and cowboy poetry for 16 months before he passed away. He started the show and hit the ground running. He derived more pleasure from the show than anything he had ever done. It was his goal to keep western music alive in the southwest. His last thoughts were of Western artists he had met over the several months he was active in the industry. Two days before he died, in his mind he was doing a radio show. He was introducing singers, telling where they were from and what they were going to sing. And he did this with a big smile on his face. He was having fun! You will never know how much I appreciated that. You, singers and poets made his last days pleasant! Thank you. This show, as long as it is on the air, will be dedicated to Howard G. Staub, my husband and inspiration.
