29-year-old Jessie Hopper, Jr., and 53-year-old Jessie Hopper, Sr., have both been charged with kidnapping, conspiracy, two counts of aggravated criminal sexual penetration and interference with communications.
Hopper, Jr., also was charged with aggravated assault on a household member, and Hopper, Sr., also was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
And 60-year-old Polly Hopper was charged with kidnapping and conspiracy.
The three allegedly took the victim against her will from Hot Springs, Arkansas, Thursday, following a meeting arranged by Hopper, Jr., so he could see his children.
Law enforcement officials Saturday used the GPS on the victim’s cellular phone to locate her where she was being held in a bus off Red Mountain Way Northwest.
The victim told New Mexico State Police officers that she was handcuffed, driven to Deming, had a small, sawed-off shotgun pointed at her, and was raped by the father and son.
Hopper, Jr., told State Police officials he had only lived in Deming for about two months.
