SWNM State Fair Results - Borden Wins Goat Show

(Deming) – A goat raised by Amanda Borden was selected as the top goat in this year's Southwestern New Mexico State Fair.

Borden's goat was judged first in the medium-weight class before winning the Grand Champion Honors.

The Reserve Grand Champion goat was the medium-light class winner raised by Ashton Treadwell.

Abby Borden raised the light-weight class winner… and Kamryn Zachek raised the heavy-weight class winner.

Other youth raising goats which placed in the top three of their respective classes were: Halee Caldwell… Kenzi McWright… Kevi McWright… Shelby Peterson… and Jaden Ruttle.
