
The local Crops Judging team was the top team in the state, and Shelbie Peterson was the high-point individual in the competition. Teammates Brannick Sweetser was second-high, and Tee Pickett was third-high. Graham Borden also was on the winning Crops team.
The local Wildlife Evaluation team was the top team in the state as well, with Graham Borden as high-point individual and Zakery Speir as third-high. Warren Shafer also was on the winning Wildlife team.
And, Stacy Swope placed first in Home Economic presentations.
Also, the local Range Management team placed second, with Stephanie Swope as third-high individual and Spencer McFaul as fifth-high. Stacy Swope also was on the Range Management team.
The Luna County Entomology team placed second in the state, with Brannick Sweetser as third-high individual. Shelbie Peterson and Tee Pickett also were on the Entomology team.
And Brannick Sweetser and Stephanie Swope also were awarded 4-H Foundation scholarships during the conference.
