(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Elizabeth Swarbrick, age 28, of Tucson, Arizona, and Alejandro Ramirez, age 26, of Benson, Arizona, were arrested on four counts each of possession of controlled substances after being caught with cocaine and unlawful possession of morphine sulfate, hydrocodone and oxycodone…
a criminal summons was filed on Greg Granado, age 34, for battery on a household member and causing criminal damage to property… a criminal summons was filed on Antonio Holguin, age 35, for burglary of an automobile and trespassing… Jessica Martinez, age 25, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to appear… and Melinda Paez, age 24, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation.
Also… a 2003 Nissan which was being towed caught fire off Highway 9 near mile marker 74; the loss was estimated at $2,500… a shed off Bonito Rd. SE caught fire; the extent of loss was not immediately known… a windshield valued at $500 was broken on a vehicle off E. Maple… a windshield valued at $300 was broken on a church van parked off S. Tangerine… and a breaking-and-entering was reported at a residence off E. Maple.
