(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Leroy Almanza, age 36, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with officers and trespassing at a residence… Brent Moore, age 51, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked and on an improper lane driving violation… Antonio Grado, age 34, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked.
Moises Lopez-Castillo, age 28, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Robert Sanders, age 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants – both for failure to pay fines… Aaron Garcia, age 32, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Gabriel Porras, age 21, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Ramon Reta-Rodriguez, age 42, was arrested on an El Paso County, Texas, warrant for a probation violation… Martin Jacquez, age 18, was cited for minor allowing self to be served alcohol… and two teen boys – one age 17 and one age 16 – were cited for minors allowing themselves to be served alcohol.
Also… a semi-truck hauling a mobile home overturned on the interstate near Butterfield Station and the driver of the semi was transported with undisclosed injuries… a trailer caught fire while being towed on the interstate near mile-marker 85… a pickup truck tailgate valued at $450 was taken from a motel off East Pine… and criminal damage to a city-owned fence by the water treatment plant occurred after a vehicle struck the fence.
