(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Laura Remondini, age 36, was arrested for unlawful use of a license, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and on an improper equipment violation… Benny Torres, age 32, was arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… a criminal summons was filed on Frank Lund, age 69, for harassment… David Grado, age 38, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Gabriel Madrid, age 18, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for burglary and shoplifting at Walmart… two 13-year-old boys were cited for battery at Red Mountain Middle School… and a 13-year-old boy and a 12-year-old boy were cited for being minors in possession of alcohol at Red Mountain Middle School.
