(Deming) - Here's the area crime report:
Juan Angel, age 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a license… Cristi Atkinson, age 47, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for eight counts of forgery…
Carlos Vigil, age 36, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office order for a probation violation… Theodore Nation, age 42, of El Paso, TX, was arrested on a Hidalgo County warrant for failure to appear… and Johnny Rodriguez, age 38, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear.
Also, a residence in the 6300 block of Franklin Road burned early Wednesday morning. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
And jewelry and electronics, with a combined value of over $200, were taken from a residence off Montezuma Road.
