(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
David Huerta, age 26, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation and was charged with burglary and larceny… Robert Saenz, age 52, was arrested for unlawful use of a license… Serena Aguilera, age 21, was arrested for interference with officers… Gerardo Pacheco, Junior, age 20, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart… and Arturo Almanza, age 21, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear and on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also… three pit-bull puppies valued at $100 each were taken from a residence off North Diamond… and $200 worth of criminal damage occurred to a vehicle parked off East Birch after someone tried to pry the trunk open.
