(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Helaman Lebaron, age 20, of Thornton, Colorado, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing officers, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and on a registration violation, as well as on a Magistrate warrant and a Socorro County warrant – both for failure to appear… Jose Lujan, age 21, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines… Perla Delgado-Santone, age 22, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay fines… Josue Pedregon, age 24, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… and Francisco Vargas-Villalba, age 49, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a tool box and tools, with a combined value of $700, were taken from a residence off Pajarito Road… and a pickup parked in Columbus was struck with a baseball bat.
