Victor Harlem, age 45, arrested for concealing identity… Michael Gonzales, age 23, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Israel Rodriguez, age 19, cited for battery… and a Lenovo laptop belonging to the Deming Schools with a value of $650 was reported stolen from a residence on South Nickel.
