(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Rodolfo Torres, age 53, of Plains, Texas, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Amanda Pinon, age 31, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay fines.
Javier Trevizo, age 29, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Rosendo Jurado, age 33, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to appear and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines.
Jose Chavez, age 49, was cited for having an open container… Manuel Escapita, age 72, was cited for having an open container… Juan Martinez-Perez, age 18, of Columbus, was cited for no driver’s license… and a 13-year-old boy was cited for battery at Red Mountain Middle School.
Also… mowers, yard tools and trailers were taken from a residence off Franklin Road… a wallet containing $100 cash, identification and credit cards was stolen from a residence off East First Street… and a cellular phone valued at $100 was taken from a gas station off West Pine.
