Robin Baum, age 50, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Nereyda Marrufo, age 31, of Albuquerque, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for probation violation… Gilbert Valencia, age 25, arrested on a Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Juan Jacquez-Hernandez, age 29, arrested on a Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Emilio Juardo, age 44, arrested on a Municipal court warrant for failure to pay fines… Andres Paez-Duran, age 20, arrested on a Magistrate court warrant for failure to appear… Joshua Hand, age 34, arrested on a Magistrate court warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle valued at $5000 stolen from South Silver, and a Deming City vehicle a 2001 Chevy Malibu was damaged at city hall according to the police report the grill and battery were taken.
