(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Rhonda Myers, age 35, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting at Wal-Mart… Jesus Vargas, age 20, was arrested for criminal sexual penetration… Migdalia Rodriguez, age 51, of Columbus, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and aggravated assault against a household member… Mark Sainz, age 38, was arrested for false imprisonment and on an Adult Probation and Parole Office hold for a probation violation…
Tony Hernandez, age 31, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Jose Munoz-Solis, age 61, of Columbus, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Cody Tatom, age 34, of Hurley, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Ariana Avila, age 23, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Justin Vinson, age 23, of Magnolia, Texas, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding… and Ruby Long, age 30, was cited for shoplifting at Walgreens.
Also… a generator valued at $250 was taken from a motor home parked off West Pine… a home theatre system was damaged and videos and a fan were taken from a residence off West Third… and a mobile home and storage unit off North Pearl were broken into.
