DEMING – Here’s the area crime report:
Ruben Chavira Jr., age 34, was arrested for battery against a household member, causing criminal damage to the property of a household member, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… a criminal summons was issued to Valerie Lopez, age 43, for battery against a household member… Gilbert Valencia, age 27, was arrested for interference with officers… Raymon Farrell, age 38, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to appear… and Yvan Vallejo, age 45, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a cellular phone and wallet with credit cards and official documentation, with a combined value of over $200, were taken from a location off J-Street in the industrial park.
