(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
David Chavez, age 47, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Federico Munoz, age 39, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear, and on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear, and was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia… Gabriel Carreon, age 46, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… and Ruben Moreno, age 33, was cited for dog at large and vicious dog.
Also, in juvenile news, a criminal summons was issued for a 16-year-old boy for battery on a household member, interfering with communication, and larceny.
