(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Carlos Pacheco, age 19, was arrested for unlawful use of a license and interference with officers… Benito Rodriguez-Martinez, age 47, was arrested for alcohol in a public place and concealing identity…
Thomas Carroll, age 40, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Manny Lucero, age 31, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Socorro Prieto, age 46, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… David Saenz, age 24, of Animas, was picked up on a Grant County hold… and Rhonda Miller, age 28, was cited for battery.
In other news… a 2005 all-terrain vehicle valued at $7,000 was taken from a location off New Frontier Road Southwest… a television, sound system and two drills with a combined value of over $1,600 were taken from a residence off Brangus… a stereo, monitor and sunglasses with a combined value of $700 were taken from a vehicle parked off West Florida… a computer, television and other items totaling nearly $700 were taken from a location off the Hatch Highway… a radio and radar detector with a combined value of $400 were taken from a vehicle parked off South Zinc… a vehicle fire was reported near the intersection of the Silver City and Hatch highways… and a vehicle struck a fence off Eighth Street.
