(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Russel Dale, age 69, of Bay City, Texas, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Jason Alspaugh, age 33, was arrested for battery, assault against a household member, causing criminal damage to property and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines…
Pablo Gajon, age 28, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Dmitri Estrada, age 21, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Jacob Lopez, age 20, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… and Irma Munoz, age 18, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also… a red velvet couch valued at $2,000 was taken from a residence off the Silver City Highway… and an unoccupied mobile home located off Overhill Drive was broken into.
