(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Ross Shannon, age 22, was arrested for battery on a household member… Kelly Benningfield, age 49, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failing to register as a sex offender… a criminal complaint was filed on Ronald Carroll, age 46, for violating a restraining order.
Don Coulison, age 64, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant… Ida Munoz, age 49, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… Nora Aguilera, age 33, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Jasmine Longley, age 24, was cited for shoplifting at a convenience store… and Leticia Mosqueda, age 33, was cited for trespassing at a business.
And in juvenile news… a 14-year-old girl was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… and a 15-year-old boy was cited for trespassing at a school.
Also… a dishwasher, ceiling fan and mop bucket with a combined value of $450 were taken from a rental residence off Solana Road Southeast… and a window valued at $250 was damaged on a residence off South Iron.
