DEMING – Here’s the area crime report:
Jason Moshier, age 23, was arrested for burglary, larceny, breaking and entering, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, two counts of prohibited possession of a controlled substance, and two warrants for failure to pay fines… Jose Molina-Chavez, age 35, was arrested for battery against a household member and interference with communications… Allison Gardner, age 30, was arrested for battery against a household member… Miguel Rangel-Padilla, age 22, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked, interference with officers, and on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Gilbert Chavez, age 49, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines… and Kevin Bourget, age 20, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a vehicle struck and killed a cow on Highway 418… a burglary was reported at a residence off Highway 418; items taken from the residence were dragged to a fence line and abandoned… and a house off Keeler Rd. NE was broken into.
