(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Steven Dupree, age 54, was arrested for DUI and on a safety-belt violation… Enrique Madrid, age 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana and receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicle, identified as the 1990 Yamaha four-wheeler stolen last August from the Rio Mimbres Country Club… Benjamin Gutierrez, age 20, was arrested for possession of marijuana and on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Casey Marquez, age 39, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of release… and Carissa Madrid, age 18, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear.
Also, a camera and speaker, with a combined value of over $1,000, were taken from a vehicle parked off South 13th… a car dolly valued at $1,000 was taken from a location off Saddler… a cellular phone valued at $400 was reported stolen from a location off West Spruce… a window was damaged on a car parked off Buckboard… and mailboxes off Dolce Road Southeast were damaged.
