(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Rodney Bush, age 45, of Crowley, Texas, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Matthew Sanchez, age 30, was arrested for battery against a household member… Florencio Lucero, Jr., age 35, was arrested for unlawful use of a license… Rigoberto Garay, age 32, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Craig Jackson, age 34, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Irvin Villalba, age 18, of Las Cruces, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation.
Joseph Pinon, age 38, was arrested on a Magistrate and a Municipal warrant – both for failure to pay fines… Mauro Ramos, age 29, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… Jesus Hernandez, age 21, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and unlawful use of a license… Reynaldo Dominguez, age 35, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia… Dominick Dominguez, age 27, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… Joann Cordova, age 54, was cited for falsely obtaining services at a restaurant… and a 17-year-old boy was detained on a Juvenile Probation and Parole Office order for a probation violation.
Also… there was an attempted break-in at St. Ann’s Catholic Church at just before 2 a.m. Monday. Criminal damage estimated at $300 occurred to a window after security bars were forcibly removed.
