(Deming) – Here’s today’s local crime report:
Ernesto Dominguez, age 44, arrested on a 6th Judicial District court warrant for probation violations… Martin Whaling, age 22, arrested for aggravated DWI, driving with a suspended or revoked license, resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, open container and possession of a controlled substance under 1 ounce of marijuana. Debra Little, age 52, arrested on a Deming Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Michael Mendoza, age 41, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Felizardo Licano, age 57, charged with DWI, reckless driving, improper turning, no driver’s license plate and no insurance… Robert Guerrero, age 18, aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement, resisting evading or obstructing an officer and controlled substances possession prohibited under 1 ounce of marijuana.
Over $2100 in household items, tools, electronic equipment and miscellaneous items were taken from a residence on Velarde Road.
