(Deming) - Here's the area crime report:
Charles Moore, age 63, was arrested for aggravated DUI, negligent use of a firearm and speeding… Jose Garcia, age 28, was arrested for disorderly conduct… Brook McWhorter, age 42, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… and Victor Portillo, age 38, of Albuquerque, was arrested on a Cibola County warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a nine-millimeter pistol valued at $100 was taken from a location off the Silver City Highway.
