Charles Alex Alvarez, age 43, arrested for possession of a controlled substance - methamphetamines, possession of marijuana over 1 ounce, resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer… Louie Montano, age 32, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Melinda Paez, age 30, arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.. Matthew Ray Casillas, age 18, arrested for possession of marijuana under an ounce and a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… David Garcia, age 18, arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines… Hector Montoya, age 60, arrested on a Lincoln County, NM warrant for failure to appear… Arrisa Garcia, age 21, arrested for criminal damage to property of a household member, and battery against a household member.
Jerry Morrison, age 50, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for violating conditions of his release… Juan Louis Jacquez-Hernandez, age 31, arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear and a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Finally, a structure fire was reported in the 2300 block of Camella Road after a homeowner who was burning leaves and weeds lost control of the blaze and a storage shed was destroyed.
