Nathan Ruiz, age 31, was arrested for unlawful use of a license with liquor, driving while license was suspended or revoked, having an open container, possession of drug paraphernalia, no driver’s license and having an expired registration… Javier Perez, age 25, was arrested for burglary and driving while license was suspended or revoked… and a 17-year-old girl was cited for causing criminal damage to property after tampering with the ankle monitor assigned her by the Juvenile Probation and Parole Office.
