(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Dale Stevens, age 55, of Chandler, Arizona, was arrested for aggravated DUI… Richard Leal, age 46, of Odessa, Texas, was arrested for having an open container and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer… Leonel Rodriguez, age 27, of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation.
Bruno Beltran, age 32, who was already incarcerated in the Luna County Detention Center, was served a Colorado fugitive warrant for a probation violation… Delilah Morales, age 23, was arrested on a District Court warrant for violating the conditions of her release… Jessica Gay, age 21, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Jahziel Ortiz, age 18, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear… David Remondini, age 28, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… and Efrain Hidalgo, age 26, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also… tools, jewelry, a saddle and tack, and collectibles, with a combined value of nearly $4,800, were taken from a business of Columbus Road… nearly $250 in criminal damage to a shower head occurred at the detention center… and criminal damage occurred to a door and door jamb at an unoccupied home off Angus Road during a break-in.
