(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Rene Saenz, age 18, was arrested for possession of unlawful prescription medication and less than an ounce of marijuana… Alejandra Arias, age 29, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Carlos Magallanes, age 33, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines… Christopher Rios, age 28, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… and Fernando Hernandez, age 28, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear.
Also… a 2005 van valued at $5,000 was reported stolen from near a convenience store off East Pine Street… a generator and 18 car batteries with a combined value of nearly $800 were taken from a location off East Second Street… and 12 mailboxes located near Honduras and Rockhound roads were damaged.
