(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Kino Rodriguez, age 19, was arrested for receiving or transferring a stolen motor vehicle… Maria Alvarez, age 53, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Hidalgo County warrant for failure to appear… and Zachary Dominguez, age 20, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation.
Also… four batteries with a combined value of nearly $500 were taken from two city-owned vehicles – a dump truck and a water tanker – which were parked off East Fourth Street… and a gaming console and jewelry with a combined value of $350 were taken from a residence off South 13th Street.
