DEMING – Here’s the area crime report:
Robert Reagan, age 32, was arrested for aggravated DUI and having an open container… Sylvester Campa, age 36, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for battery against a household member and on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear, and was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia… Jazmin Santos, age 19, was arrested for concealing identity and on Magistrate and Municipal warrants for failure to pay fines, and was charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana… Nicholas Dalia, age 45, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear, and was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia… Christopher Hernandez, age 38, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office order for a probation violation… and Christopher Dixon, age 32, who was already incarcerated in the Luna County Detention Center, was served a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, property owners released a total value of items lost during a burglary in June off N. Gold Avenue. The total loss of four Cadillacs dating from 1958-1960, an antique Ford tractor, antique pinball machines, a jukebox, and other items is estimated at over $512,400.
