DEMING – Here’s the area crime report:
Jonathan Gonzales, age 26, who was already incarcerated in the Luna County Detention Center, was charged with possession of methamphetamine… Isaac Montellano, age 35, was arrested for assault on a peace officer, assault, and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer… Robert Espinoza, age 30, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for aggravated battery… a criminal summons was issued for Briana Granillo, age 26, for battery… James Woodward, age 65, was arrested for embezzlement… Ismael Lopez-Galvan, age 52, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear… and Robert Grado, age 56, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
