(Deming) – Here’s the area crime report:
Sarah Kucera, age 43, was arrested for battery on a household member… Paul Martens, age 33, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failing to register as a sex offender… Federico Munoz, age 35, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and on a driving violation… Toni Yadon, age 25, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Anthony Torres, age 31, of Bayard, was arrested on two District Court arrest warrants… Grace Lopez, age 20, was arrested on a District Court arrest warrant… Lorena Porras, age 26, of Columbus, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to appear and was cited for driving while license was suspended or revoked… Brendan Kern, age 19, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Jorge Martinez, age 29, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for failure to pay fines… Raymundo Franco, age 18, was arrested on a Chaves County warrant for failure to appear.
Kimberly Porter, age 38, was cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia… four adults – 18-year-old Jennifer Dickinson, 18-year-old Elisa Dominguez, 19-year-old Julius Douglas and 20-year-old Jessie Beltran – were cited for minors allowing themselves to be served alcohol… Erik Garcia, age 20, and Misael Hinojos, age 19, were both cited for shoplifting at Family Dollar… and Allen Haverkamp, age 36, was charged with trespassing at a business.
In juvenile news… a 14-year-old boy was cited for battery and causing criminal damage to property… a 15-year-old girl was cited for minor allowing self to be served alcohol… and two 14-year-old boys were cited for larceny of a bicycle.
Also… prescription drugs were taken from a residence off Domingo Road Southwest… prescription drugs were taken from an RV off West Pine… two bicycles with a combined value of over $200 were taken from a residence off South Iron… a chainsaw was taken from a vehicle parked off East Pine… a pickup parked off South Granite was scratched… a high school diploma was forged by a suspect off South Nickel… and a residential fire was reported off Del Sol Road Sunday morning.
