Hector Garibay, age 22, of Follet, Texas, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for criminal sexual penetration and criminal sexual contact of a minor… Isaac Lamoreaux, age 33, of Hurley, was arrested for trespassing at a business… Craig Murley, age 55, was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart…
Manuel Sanchez, age 38, who was already incarcerated in the Luna County Detention Center, was served a fugitive complaint from Douglas County, Colorado, for contempt of court… Brant Green, age 48, of Arrey, was arrested on a District Court arrest warrant… Cynthia Morales, age 36, was arrested on a District Court arrest warrant… Ramiro Palomares, age 35, was arrested on two Magistrate warrants for failure to pay fines… and Francis Keller, age 59, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to pay fines.
Also, a bow and case, a jewelry box containing jewelry and a television, with a combined value of over $2,000, were taken from a residence off Racetrack Road.
