Arturo Martinez, age 25, was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a household member, battery on a household member and interfering with communication… Veronica Muro, age 36, was arrested for trespassing at a residence, concealing identity and on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Emmanuel Maynes, age 48, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked…
Fernando Gutierrez, age 36, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Carl Underwood, age 38, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Ida Estrella, age 63, of Las Cruces, was arrested on a Municipal warrant for failure to appear…
Christina Romayor, age 47, was cited for unvaccinated animals… Patricia Crawford, age 43, was cited for trespassing at a residence… and Jessica Hassman, age 28, was cited for trespassing at a residence.
In other news, citations are pending for over 20 teens caught at an underage drinking party Saturday night off Herrington Drive in the county.
Also, power tools with a combined value of nearly $1,300 were taken from a residence off S. Ninth Street… a rifle and a shotgun, with a combined value of $500, were taken from a residence off W. Wilcox… a bicycle, prescription bottles, and other household items, with a combined value of over $400, were taken from a residence off S. Tin… a cellular phone valued at $300 was taken from a location off N. Gold… and a window valued at $100 was broken on a semi-truck parked off Atlantic Way.
