Leo Galicia, age 24, of Delta, Colorado, was arrested on two counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor… Nabor Gallegos, age 49, was arrested for criminal sexual contact… Isaac Garcia, age 27, was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender…
Rafael Chavez, age 36, of Bernalillo, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle… Mark Ables, age 42, of Jackson, Texas, was arrested for possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance… Marcos Arciniega, age 27, of Columbus, was arrested for false imprisonment and interference with communications…
Shelby Palmer, age 39, was arrested on a District Court warrant for failure to appear… and a 17-year-old boy was detained on a District Court order for a probation violation and concealing identity.
Also, a television valued at $3,000 was taken from a residence off South Zinc… criminal damage estimated at $200 occurred at a location off West Pine to a fabric truck-bed cover after the cover was cut in several places… gardening tools and a truck dolly, with a combined value of nearly $100, were taken from a location off South Ruby… and a bluetooth speaker valued at nearly $100 was taken from a vehicle parked off West Third.
