
Mauricio Acosta, age 38, was arrested for DUI, driving while license was suspended or revoked, no insurance, expired registration and improper parking… Alberto Noriega, age 44, was arrested for battery against a household member, causing criminal damage to property and interference with communications… Manuel Flores, age 23, was arrested on a Magistrate warrant for aggravated battery on a household member, false imprisonment and interference with communications, and on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation.
Juan Martin, age 21, was arrested for resisting or evading officers, aggravated fleeing from law enforcement officers and on a Magistrate warrant for aggravated burglary, breaking and entering, false imprisonment, interfering with communication and battery against a household member… Angel Munoz, age 28, was arrested for interference with officers, reckless driving and unlawful use of a license, on a Magistrate warrant for battery, and on two Municipal warrants – one for failure to appear and one for failure to pay fines.
Paul Martinez, age 47, was arrested for driving while license was suspended or revoked… Sergio Zamora, age 43, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
Randy Morales, age 23, was arrested on an Adult Probation and Parole Office warrant for a probation violation… Mario Salcido, age 21, was arrested on a District Court warrant for a probation violation… Martin Hernandez, age 26, was arrested on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to appear… Alvaro Orozco, age 22, was cited for driving while license was suspended or revoked, no insurance and improper registration… and Judith Ramos, age 18, was cited for shoplifting.
And in juvenile news… two boys – one age 15 and one age 12 – were cited for battery in separate incidents.
Also… a television valued at $2,000 was taken from a residence off South Nickel… two propane heaters and two wooden wagon wheels with a combined value of over $200 were taken from a location off Northeast Sands Road… two welders with a combined value of $200 were taken from the 400 block of South Columbus Road… and a stereo and a jack with a combined value of $200 were taken from a vehicle parked off South Diamond.
